Connect the T-adapter
to the water supply

Connect to the water supply
Attach the main water hose to the bottom of the adapter.

Attach the T-adapter to the toilet tank
Attach the top of the T-adapter to the connection at the bottom of the toilet tank.

Make sure the threads are lined up flat and not at an angle to avoid leaks! Use your hands to tighten the connections until it's firm. You don't need to over-tighten it.
